Dear Darryl

      I am writing to express how pleased I am with the doghouse I recently purchased from your company. As an owner of a very spoiled, very large black Labrador retriever, I had previously purchased an Igloo-brand doghouse. My dog absolutely refused to enter the doghouse. I saw a display of your doghouses last year, and after talking with you about different models and specifications, decided to place an order for the 36"x46" premier dog house.
     I was pleased with how quickly my doghouse was completed, especially since I had ordered several extra additions, including paint and full insulation. The doghouse is extremely well-built and durable, and I found the removable roof made for easy transport.
     After placing the house in the backyard (next to the Igloo), I had to run an errand, so left my dog in the backyard. Imagine my surprise when upon returning, I found my lab sound asleep curled up in the new doghouse! He has been quite happy with it ever since!
    Thank you for providing such a quality product it is a pleasure to find a company that strives to provide excellent customer service. I appreciate the time you took in ensuring I ordered the correct house for my needs. The doghouse has now kept my dog warm and dry through all four seasons, and still looks new. I highly recommend your product to anyone considering one for purchase.
